This is a comfortable and safe place to live. It is well managed. I would recommend this to family and friends. All properties will run into problems but they are always handled
I was very surprised on the first visit this community. The park club house is so attractive and bright. It is very clean and so much fresh air which made me feel very good. I met the manager, Casey, and realized that she is the reason for this atmosphere. She is very professional, helpful and kind. The park fee is affordable too and water is included in it! I talked to myself, this is a 10/10 at this price!
I met with the manager and she is a very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful...... The property is very clean and tidy and I would love to live there at any time.... Thank you for the positive experience Olympia Commons Mobile Home Park.....
I am moving out of this park partly because of the management. The park itself is decent. It has a beautiful clubhouse and pool. It is pretty well maintained. The manager has quite an attitude and seems only to cater to white residents. Quite a number of residents who are people of color have expressed that there is an overtone of racism.
