If I could give a no star review I would this place is horrible and management is AWFUL they do gamble once a month for cash playing bingo the lots are unkept yards are a mess gate stays broke so no EMERGENCY access our it stays open for all the unhoused to roam all the old tenants are relocating so to a bad management it may be the cheapest park in the area however you get what you pay for and they go up on the rent every year by 50-100 dollars bring in raggedy houses and remodel but if it’s next to yours you get all the ra... read more
They have great weekly activities in the club house. The manager is very helpful and the neighbors are fantastic. It's a good place to live for last seven years.

This is a comfortable and safe place to live. It is well managed. I would recommend this to family and friends. All properties will run into problems but they are always handled
