I stopped by yesterday I brought a wig that the owner would not allow me to try on that’s ridiculous. I explained that she had testers for perfume that cost 10.00 and I can’t try on a wig that cost 80.00.. I try on glasses before I but then shoes, etc.., but not an expensive wig it’s a ripe off change your policy.. thats not right!!

I’ve waited 5 months before reviewing because I was so angry about the wig transaction. The owner put a gray wig (my color) on me and I bought it not knowing that before I got home I would have a headache from this overpriced $175 for a $75 wig that was/is too small for me. I called the store within 45 minutes of purchasing and was told basically ‘too bad’ No return or exchange. I am new to the area, I went into this beauty supply for some hair supplies. The owner treated me as though I was from a different planet! She was incredibly rude, she followed me around the store like I was going to steal from her, from the minute I walked into the store from the time I left it was a horrible experience! I have NEVER been treated so badly and I am from San Francisco where people are extra rude but this lady was by far worse! I will never ever go into this beauty supply again! Worse service ever

Overpriced and not the best customer service. The wig i got was 79.99 which i then come to find online for 30. Lady was not helpful /kinda rude when i requested to see the colors the wig came in - could’ve been a moment to show me swatches or even a picture or a list of the colors instead she just seemed annoyed i asked and wanted me to say a specific color. God forbid a girl is indecisive and wants options. Miss girl even sold a wig directly to us from a display - for full price - ridiculous. Felt scammed fr. if u do go hag... read more
