I rented a suite and did a complete upgrade to the office space (cleaned, painted, put down flooring, laminate tile due to moldy carpet and now what appeared to be a busted pipeline in bathroom. I’d leave 0 if I could, Alex Shitler or however you spell it, is completely unprofessional. The whole company should be ashamed of themselves for the people they hire at this place. Talking ill of your clients that lease builds for their businesses is absolutely insane. This absolutely SEEMS like a bunch of scam artists that do NOT hold true to a single word that they tell you. Please save your money, time, and energy, and stay as far away from these people as you can. Thank you.
After leasing an office space for over six years, I expected a fair and professional experience upon moving out. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite maintaining the space well and normal wear and tear being expected over such a long lease, the management company hit me with an excessive charge of over $900 for minor carpet stains and the fixing of holes where pictures were. Got parking pass for approximately a hour. I came back to a boot lock on my car. Called to have lock security detail come remove it. Two men randomly walked up and required $75.00 via Cash app before taking the boot off. Cash App profile pic was Teddy Bear with a hand gun. It all felt like a scam! Will NEVER USE THIS GRAGE AGAIN!
