was pretty disappointed after bringing a bracelet + necklace here to be fixed. bracelet was zapped back on and broke of 3 days later. okay whatever. left the necklace with them, said it would be 1-2 weeks and they might not be able to fix it, if they can’t they’ll bring to their jeweler and see if he can. 3 months go by and i call and call and nothing. finally they tell me to come pick it up they aren’t able to repair neither is their jeweler. no big deal kinda bummed. i get there and wait 35-45 minutes do the staff to locat... read more
