I’ve been seeing Dr. Rufai since my late 20s—over 15 years now—and he is truly a wonderful doctor. He knows his patients by name and always makes you feel seen and valued. Dr. Rufai listens, takes his time, and explains everything clearly. His bedside manner is excellent, and I always feel comfortable and well cared for during every visit. Dr. Rufai is an outstanding physician. His patient care is unparalleled, great at what he does. He is just superb.
This is the worst doctor I’ve ever had. Half the time they don’t answer the phone, hours are awful, it’s impossible to get an appointment and they barely schedule ahead so if you need your medication renewed you’re screwed because you have to physically go into the office even though there is no legal requirement for as much for specific medications, they just want your money. A family recommended him to my family and we never regret choosing him as our primary physician. He is professional and takes his time to listen to me and my family whenever we visit for any health related issues. Very friendly and polite with his patients. He knew all his patients families by their names. The staffs are nice and friendly with everyone.
