I got a $167 bill for my “free” yearly physical. I specifically asked only for preventative care. Unfortunately, they added multiple labs that were not preventative at all. Beware
Sketchy billing practices. I specifically asked them not to conduct any labs that will be charged outside of the yearly physical. They still did… Then, when I try to get help, it took me 3 weeks to get ahold of them. In the end, they never took any accountability for ordering these extra labs. DONT TRUST THEIR WORD. Check the labs on their computer screen before they order anything for you or, better yet, go to someone else.
Dr Rufai is a good Dr I will recommend him 💯 anytime, he gave me hope and new life i can't thank him enough for his professional advice.
