What a refreshing experience. From the very first appointment Rosi was clear her goal was to get me back on my feet and equipped with exercises to stop the problem recurring. With a philosophy essentially of making herself redundant for each injury, Rosi provides hands on interventions alongside exercises and advice. Needless to say I have been back several times - but each time for a new complaint as Rosi’s support and advice have given me long term fixes every time. Highly recommend.
