Unsympathetic staff. The makeup person made my loved one look like a zombie. The skin tone was greenish brown. It was awful. Mr. Mooney seemed like It was a bothersome to have to interact with me. The day after the visitation at the burial he never looked at me, said hello or even offered a hand shake. I have written the funeral home and never received a response. We had several family members services here and everyone was so kind, thoughtful and caring. Such difficult times that they make seem much easier to get through. I would recommend them to everyone.

I chose Oltmann’s the night the sheriff walked into my house to tell me my son had taken his life. I’m not going to lie, it was the first funeral I had to plan, and I was in no state of mind to decide anything.
