One of the better builders we do work for for sure
My wife and I really appreciated how smooth the process was with Olthof Homes. Catherine was helpful and responsive from day one, and Erin and his team delivered a well-built home with solid attention to detail. We felt supported the whole way through and are really happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new home.
** Update: I ended up signing a contract with Beazer at Grand Park, and my experience was fantastic. They also allowed me to select all of my options and didn't give me a hassle about going through the VA, which should be considered a positive thing. I close next month. I was torn between Beazer and Silverthorne homes. I also saw a ranch style home to build that I wanted to consider with Olthof. I put in an inquiry to tour this home. My pre-approval is up to 600k. Anyways, this will be a VA loan and the representative that called me back, Cassandra stated that only her "curated" homes could be purchased on a VA loan and they would only build a custom home with a conventional loan.
