Great service Very knowledgeable
Great prices, competent and kind employees, same product that's everywhere else for the most part. Austin was great, extremely knowledgeable and looked up specific product info on the fly. Staff are all always great, I'm terrible with names but everyone who's served me has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I have ALWAYS loved Olswell in TC, but after yesterday (08/25/25), I will definitely recommend to everyone! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, but also human. Stuff happens-I won't say, mistakes were made, but the Manager Brendan, took charge and made things right! He was very understanding and very respectful. 10/10 will definitely ONLY go to Olswell in TC for all my needs. They are awesome and need to give Brendan a raise! His customer Service skills are top notch.
