This property manager team Very easy to work with. They have a Friendly staff and are quick to respond. This company is so much nicer to work with than a big brand because they make you feel well taken care of and go out of their way to make sure to treat you right.
Stephanie and Avery are top-notch property managers. Every single time I had an issue I heard back within 24 hours what was going on. They would also give me plenty of notice of when something was getting fixed so that I may be home. Would definitely pick them again to be my property managers.
Everyone was very nice! From the phone calls to meeting In person. Approval went very smooth and quick. Updates were given every step of the way during the approval process. I would definitely recommend anyone to go through Olsson Properties. Thanks for everything! Btw we are enjoying our new home.
