Bought a davit and it bent after the rain filled the dinghy. I tried several times to contact the company afterwards to arrange to purchase a replacement but never received a response. It's not like I was trying to get free one out then either. Post response edit: you have my contact information. If you really cared, you'd have tried to contact me rather than post a public facing response that makes it appear you actually care.

I bought a stern mount dinghy davit, RS-5, to swing the dinghy over the swim platform on our Grand Banks Classic 42. The Achilles dinghy at 350cm with a 20 hp engine is very seaworthy when underway. It takes 5 minutes to launch and 5 minutes to put away. This thing is built like the proverbial brick house. Josh has been very helpful and professional with all our interactions, highly recommended.
I ordered a RS-10 Transom Davit a year ago. When looking on their website (actual pictures they posted) they show stainless steel engine covers. Within the same picture they have posted on their website they display a nice blue finish on the top of the Davit. The blue fits the stainless steel very well, I then proceed to place the order (resulting in advance payment). I never opened the Davit until May of 2022 because we were not ready to travel.
