I gave Kerry every chance to make things right after he couldn’t get parts in for our scheduled awning maintenance. I was traveling, which made this a problem. Rather than backing out (which would have forced him to eat the cost of the ordered parts) I offered to reschedule for the following spring when I COULD be back in the area. This place is amazing. Not only were they the only repair shop in town that could fix my slide out, they found all sorts of problems we couldn’t figure out and fixed half them without charge. Amazing service. Super kind
