I gave Kerry every chance to make things right after he couldn’t get parts in for our scheduled awning maintenance. I was traveling, which made this a problem. Rather than backing out (which would have forced him to eat the cost of the ordered parts) I offered to reschedule for the following spring when I COULD be back in the area.
