My mom had an appointment scheduled for carpet cleaning and he never showed up or returned her call... Very disappointing
Great service and did a fantastic job.
James did a great job on my carpet and couch. I have two dogs and two cats. He came in the spring when one of my dogs was particularly hard with the mud and there was also some old cat urine he was able to get out. The carpet have never smelled or looked better. I will be recommending him to my neighbors and will be using him again.
