Once they received the second payment which took it over 80% of total they seemed to not care how long it takes to get the final hookup to the utility. Everything has been completed including a few fixes that the city electrical inspector ask to be completed. It's now approaching a month and I still do not have a date to get hooked up to the utility.
Olson was the only solar company that really listened to us and our solar needs. The other two we considered were recommending a build out to meet our current solar needs ONLY, even after we mentioned the possibility of purchasing an electric vehicle; which we purchased before the installation of the panels was completed. Olson exceeded our expectations, the process was very simple. Mike (sales), Alissa (project manager) and Emily (customer service) all were amazing. Thank you!!

This is one of those rare companies that really do exactly what they say they will do for their customer. The over all experience my wife and I had with the solar panel install was great. From the start with the sales rep coming out to our home to answer our many, many questions and actually listening to those questions and getting an understandable response, our project kicked off with a sense of getting a value added package to our home.
