Overall the process went well. Olson Solar did a good job of answering all of my questions and communicated well during all the many steps throughout the process. They use buildertrend to help you track the various steps, shows the estimated schedule, and has all of the documents posted that you need to view. App at the end is nice for tracking your solar output. Definitely recommend and will use them again if I need to add more panels or decide to get battery backup.

The process did take a long time to complete. The leadtime was noted to me initially. My recommendation would be to reduce the leadtime. Gareth did keep me updated weekly. The panel installation team and electrician did a great job
