Predatory lawsuits are their bread and butter. How am I supposed to pay a bill I didn’t know existed until I was “served” by this legal group? Predatory behavior like this should be illegal.
If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are terrible! They have no comunication what so ever . They absolutely do not care of any situation you are in . They are just in it for messing with peoples lively hood no matter what it takes! Even if you call it goes straight to voicemail causing more $$ out of your pocket ! Dont trust them at all they are just in it for the money !
Called to understand why I had a balance when I paid the balance off in full a month prior. When trying to get information, they refused to explain. Despite me being willing to pay after explained, they would only say I knew what the balance was. That pissed me off, so of course I got angry and yelled. They still refused to explain where the balance was from, and hung up on me. Several attempts were made to understand the balance, multiple times I was told they wouldn't explain. awful awful people, not here to help only to intimidate and belittle. i hope i never deal with these people again, talk about shady deals.
