My husband just got sent on active duty for the Army and we are experiencing issues with his pay. Not the biggest fan of Olson Shaner. I have been paying off a debt with them for over 2 years now. I was never late or missed a payment. I actually have been ahead on my payment plan with them. My family and i experienced our house catching on fire which lead me late to 1 payment and they canceled my whole payment plan and was trying to summons me to court again for breaking their payment plan. These guys do not want to work with you. I offered to make payments and to pay in full multiple times. But I was working with Freedom Debt Relief. So they would not let me pay them and told me I had to work with Freedom Debt Relief to resolve the issue. It took a while to get everything resolved. And they ended up charging me an additional 1,500 dollars in a matter of a month and a half. I had a Collection bill go into this company from not paying the bill for two months ( forgetting I had got a new card number) I had never missed a payment. I could not get anyone to speak to me on the phone about my bill. So, I had to write a letter to this place asking if I could make payments.
