We experienced a boiler pump failure with no heat or hot water. We also had a small leak in a boiler pipe. We were charged 407$ for Sevren to put a gear clamp and strip of neoprene to stop the leak until the pipe could be ordered and installed. 4 days later the boiler shut down. Olson came. We went through night without heat or hot water. I couldn’t get Olson to commit to coming back the next day Friday to insure the system was working for the weekend. Hotwater Tank installed by them broke down in a little over two years. This guy did not answer or return numerous calls for two days. Did not show up on first repair appointment and did not call to reschedule. Showed up the second day and claimed it's repaired, tank broke down within a few hours. We had a third party company confirmed it's ignition issues. Came again three days later and repaired it again. Tried to claim it's a maintenance issue rather than warranty work. This company was extremely helpful, no charge, and fixed my thermostat! one of the pins on the back was crooked, and couldn't get heat, the service person helped me for free to figure it out, and its fixed. Thank you Olson Plumbing!
