Tom Olson and his staff were great. With care and empathy, they both helped me become more at ease during a difficult time. Explaining costs and available options as well as providing information that I was not aware of made the entire process smooth. He was very communicative every step of the way and patient with any questions that I had. I recommend his businesses (Olson & Parent Funeral Home as well as Cremation Care Rhode Island).

Tom and Louise are wonderful to work with. We prepaid for a funeral contract, and I highly recommend it. It makes everything easier when your loved one passes. We did not have a formal service, but they have a client portal that has so many things to make it easy for someone having to plan a service and take care of all of the final end of life details for someone. I highly recommend Olson and parent.
