i emailed them about servicing my braces where they directed me to give them a call i tried to call multiple times and everytime i called the person at the front desk Jodi would pretend to not hear me, hang up while I'm talking, or put me on hold which really bothered me and i don't understand why they would have someone who doesn't want to answer the phone at the front desk ! gladly taking my services else where
They were very helpful & friendly. I am not a previous patient but broke a retainer & needed it replaced ASAP. They fit me in, made a mold & used their technology to correct some teeth that had gone astray - now I’m good as new, retainers are working great
