Does not seem very knowledgable beyond the basics. After months of treatment she had no answer for why I was still in extreme pain and told me I was fine. Fortunately, a much better surgeon in Chicago immediately disagnosed the problem and treated me correctly.
I've found Dr. Neitzel to be very helpful and effective with my various skin problems. He is friendly and listens. He answers email! He has been able to clear up all of my many significant skin problems. Highly recommended. I saw him in Urbana, not Springfield, though. But it has to be the same person, so I added to this rating.
