Lindsey who answered the phone is extremely rude, she spoke to a former client who is wishing for his file information and he was treated like garbage. Client is being told that even though he paid for their services, he's not entitled to his whole file and that they will be removing things that they researched for him and basically be giving him a watered down file since he's no longer a client and went with a better attorney who actually cares about his wishes. Hello Amber- I am sorry about the way that I made you feel. It is never our intention to make a former client feel like they are being pushed to the back burner. As you have said every client is entitled to a copy of their entire file but we do like to go through it one final time to ensure that there is no "Work product" in the file that no longer pertains to the case. If you would like to discuss any other grievances off line I would certainly welcome the phone call. We always want to understand how we can do better.
