⋅West Prospect Street, Stoughton, Wi From the moment our dad was picked up from his apartment to our meeting the following day with Dan and our entire experience with Cress we are so truly deeply grateful for the care and compassionate treatment we received. Our son died unexpectedly, so we reached out to Cress. We met with Jessica, who went above and beyond to make sure our son's final wishes were granted. He was cared for by staff for two weeks before burial and our family was able to visit with him before saying our final goodbyes. Everyone was so empathetic, kind, and caring. Many hugs were shared.

Disappointed in my mom's service and everything leading up to it. The person coordinating was not her next of kin and being nearly 5 hours away I asked Harrison to please call me before finalizing decisions. No such call was ever made to me. Her obituary was a joke and they allowed her driver's license picture to be used as her memorial picture. Seriously?? You could see the "Wisconsin" watermark on everything. She deserved so much more.
