The Olson's are professional and very reliable.
In October the fan on our furnace went out. Olsen heating came out and put a "temporary" part on it to fix it until a new furnace unit could be ordered. We were in touch several times asking for any updates, as the temp fix they put in place was failing. The fan would stick on for hours and the unit overheated. It was a fire waiting to happen.
