I received a quote around the holiday's and with it being the holidays, the window glass replacement got pushed until after the holidays. I reached out to Eric again, and he scheduled a day & time to come out and do exact measurements. On the scheduled day, he didn't show up, didn't reply to the text message or VM I left, or even respond to the email thread asking if he was still coming....
We've used Olson Glass twice and are very happy with the results. He's a great guy!
Eric was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything was perfect and despite having to move two 200lb side tables he did so with a positive attitude and made us feel that it was no big deal. (It was) We could not be happier.
