When the technician put the probe in my nose it didn’t enter easily so she forced it. I was bleeding. She pulled it out. I asked her to get a pediatric one but she said no let me try again. She forced it into the other nostril just as he was walking in. I wish he had been there to support me while it was going in. I could have used a moment to rest and breathe. I'm not sure what is going on with Dr. Olson's Google Reviews because he is a fantastic surgeon! I was terrified when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and walking into the cancer center was honestly the scariest day of my life. But Dr. Olson is so kind and knowledgeable, which alleviated so many of my fears. My scar is healing nicely and I still have my voice - it is the same as before, which is incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Olson to anyone in need of thyroid surgery. :)
