Took my vehicle in for an oil change and they cross threaded the plug bolt. Stripped it so bad that when i got my next oil change I had to get anther oil pan. I would never recommend them. There is no way they didn't know that they did this.
The absolute best! Brian was able to get a replacement tire for my car, have the Techs pick up the car and install the tire at their shop, and return it in less than 45 minutes. You just can't find this type of service anymore. Thanks guys -- you're the best!
I will never take my car back there because I asked questions before my apt and they said they could do it and never did but also charged me 164 dollar for hafe ass job. Never again
