Olson Electric's Jim Eicher came to repair an outlet, overhead light and switches at my mother's house, which he did well, and committed to return to replace under cabinet kitchen lights. After several months of waiting and several calls requesting the job be completed, no one has shown up. My mother's kitchen lights are dying one by one and at 91 years old, she is increasingly at risk due to dim lighting. I am not sure why Olson Electric and Jim Eicher are not keeping their word.
