They installed a faulty Generac unit. Had to hire a new service to fix and maintain it. Came out once and said it was fixed. Still faulty. Called for a year with no return calls. I had to call another company to fix it right. Find another dealer to install yours.
RP Olson electric is beyond 5 stars. They installed my 24K Generac with the upmost of a quality installation. Ron went over many different ways to perform the installation and we agreed on the very best one. I also had them do extra electrical work for me because they are the best at what they do. So if you need any type of electrical work have these fine people do it as I highly reccomend them with 10 Stars. Thank you Jim Barron
Our months old generator went out on our off grid home last winter. Ron took great care of us and kept us from having to leave our home. Thanks to Ron we never went a full day without power. From December to April he did everything in his power to make sure we had electricity. I cannot recommend him enough. I don’t like to think what might have happened if we hadn’t given him a call. The two previous companies and our builder let us down, we would have gone days or months without power.
I called to see if we could have an electrician come look at our outlets, electrical problem we had just experienced, our fridge was out & AC(during the heat wave) and more outlets, this was after hours but an emergency with our fridge going with our family, an electrician came out to help! We were so thankful & happy he came out to our place, outside of LAnse! As other electricians were not answering, or not available for 2+weeks!
