I dealt with Chris (the owner) and felt very comfortable from the initial meeting with him. He (and his crew) were very professional and did exactly what they said they would. I did not get hit with any change orders or unforeseen condition costs which was a concern of mine. I had Chris price up and add chimney caps, repair ventilation flutes in the attic and extend some venting pipes that were originally installed and terminated in the attic with a Swedish cap suppressor.
