I've had this insurance company for over 6 years now and they are awesome. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Terrible service! Do not do business with this comany! We are a military family who bought a house in August 2022 and unfortunately had to file a claim in December 2022 due to a leaking pipe INSIDE the wall. We found out yesterday that our policy was cancelled, however, we did not receive any prior mail/email/phone call or voicemail notification regarding this issue. If their agents would actually call people back and also actually send them their policies or do anything that requires even the least of work...it's awful. I've referred people the last few years but I let them know first thing that it will be an insane challenge getting their actual quotes, calls returned, paperwork or policies even after finally getting those....it will be the worst they've ever seen but the prices are better in the end.
