Stay away from OLSHAN PROPERTIES at all costs! Olshan Properties is run by greedy slumlords. This "family run company" is a human spectacle of incompetency - spanning all levels of the organization. They only enforce tenant rules when it is convenient for them (aka never) and rarely answer emails/phone calls. They never respond to complaints.
Horrible management. They refuse to fix anything. There's constant back-flow every day.
Olshan accused me of being multiple months behind on my rent. I had clear documentation that my account balance was zero and that I had paid on time for my entire lease term. This was clearly an Olshan mistake. However, when I tried to sort out the mistake, no one at Olshan would answer their phones or respond to email. I even tried calling the main number.
