Mackenzie, the inspector arrived on time and explained what he was gonna be doing to inspect the home. He was thorough and very professional. He had to climb under the house through the crawlspace to really get a great look at it and an invoice was in my mailbox by days end. I called and had a question about the estimate and Shawn the general manor. Schorr was at my house the next day and explained. All the details I would definitely use this company Again, if need be
I signed a contract with Jared Dodds from Olshan out of Tampa to put a floor drain in pool lani. Work started June 17 and completed next day. They left with little to no clean-up and the finished job was terrible. I tried to contact Jared Dodds and left messages two times. He never called back. I would not recommend Olshan if you are looking for good quality work with a complete clean-up.
Shawn came out to our house and did a inspection as we had a crack in our tile in my daughters room I was seriously concerned it was just going to be a scam that says we have a sink hole no matter what happened. When he got to the house he checked the area of concern and walked the premise ultimately letting us know he didn’t feel a concern with what we showed him he was personable kind and overall professional!
Many thanks to Shawn, Mike, Jose, Tex and Dakota for their hard work, professionalism and craftsmanship with the installation of our French drain system! I would happily recommend Olshan to anyone and everyone for their water management and waterproofing needs.
Beware of Giving a Review!! Wait till the Job is Completed, if you are Lucky!!! Very Dissapointed and Disgusted with "the work" they did and Still Waiting for a Call Back. I do not Recommend!! We were promised by the sales person Mike, we would get an outstanding, professional job done, That's not what we got!!
