We are very happy with the work done on our foundation by Olshan Foundation repair.Rory was very kind and courteous and explained to us the whole process of the repair.and answered all our questions in a very very polite manner.Melissa was awesome. I had a helpful sales person that said that the people at the company was proffesional and knew what they were doing. They were supposed to take three days to install new drains. It was three days before the major storm that hit Houston a few weeks back. They guys were working for two days and then stopped. They installed a popup outlet, what was explicitly what I didn't want, and they failed the inspection. After pointing out that I paid for cutting the concrete, they very unwillingly did that. I gave Olshan my business because of previous experience within the family and a super financing deal. I received attentive service from start to finish. Chris came out for the quote & spent important time walking me through the inspection/quote process. He & Hilda worked with me on financing and scheduling the service (they were able to work me in on an earlier date than expected - WOW). This is a review for the initial inspection and estimate [we have not had the foundation repaired yet]. Diego ********came out to conduct the initial inspection and provide an estimate--it was free, which is nice. I really liked Diego--he struck me as an honest and knowledgeable guy. He was thorough in his work. He asked before entering any room in the house. Excellent teamwork from start to finish! I had foundation issues in the NE corner of my home. Structural technician Jake ***** carefully inspected the issues and shared a solution. Melissa ************ made logistics and scheduling an absolute breeze. Production Manager Gilberto *** arrived at site to review the work in progress and answer my questions. The team that completed the repairs did so efficiently and expertly.

Our family saw cracks, so we made an appointment with Olshan to check on our foundation. Getting someone to come over to our house for a free estimation was easy and fast. Dave Klotzbuecher was our technician. He was amazing! He walked around the house and checked every corner. He concluded that our house did not need any repair, but he still showed us how to identify problems related to the foundation. We learned a lot from him today! Don came out and looked at the house and fortunately everything was in good shape. He informed us to water the big tree in the front yard because of how much water it soaks up.
