Went with Olshan for a crawl space encapsulation project and am very happy with the end result and price.They also had a structural engineer come out to look at my foundation but I didn't get any foundation work done.
Olshan is a sham!!!! – About 3 years ago I saw a ad on t.v. saying Olshan can take care of your basement water problems with a warranty. I contacted the office in Parker. They came out and said yes they could take care of the problem. Well I spent over $22,000. AND 3 years later I am still having problems. I called today and told them I was getting water in the basement again. I was told it would be 6 days til they could come out and look at the problem.
