Our project started with Sam Thompson coming out to survey the house showing us the areas with issues and explaining Olshan's process and some of the history making it easy to understand. Once we signed up for the work it was able to schedule for the next day, Juan Hernandez showed up right on time and walked the job making sure to note problem areas.
