Fernando Alayorga was on site providing the maintenance portion for the foundation very professional provided all information and answered all questions. Provided information on foundation repair. Olshan I recommend because Mr. Faulkner was great with explaining what to expected and providing me with an excellent price. Willing to work with timeline to provide the service necessary.
We had concrete fixed with poly in may 2025. The concrete settled and fell a little bit, so the work was still under warranty and pedro and Fernando came and fixed the problem and were very friendly and courteous. They left no mess and it was a great experience.
Rhonda at Ohsan office helped me a LOT with the best attitude and friendliness. Even when I didn't understand she was friendly and her personality is outstanding
The crew that did the work I think was out of the Dallas area. My crew supervisor was Octavio L. The excellent crew was Elio, Abelardo, Hector and Iico. They were very professional and did a good job.
Our experience with Olshan was very positive. Chelsea kept us up to date and was a great point of contact. Angel and his crew worked efficiently and the clean up was great! We are very happy with the work and the warranty.
