Olshan destroyed my house! The unsupervised crew of 5 Guatemalan guys, using their own guesswork, lifted the house the wrong way and beyond reasonable limits causing the destruction of bathrooms, collapse of walls, and the caving of second floor floors - see photos. Olshan is UNINSURED and theOlshan Contractors are uninsured as well. Think of that... I discovered the the result the hard way. Olshan did a repair on the foundation of our house, and a few months later found that a drain pipe had been broken. We called Olshan to see if it had been caused by the very-close excavation they had done during their work. They said they would send out someone to examine the site. That never occurred, and that's very disappointing.

We want to thank Olshan for sending Chris C. to our appointment today. First, he was polite, hospitable, and knew what he was doing. I hired Olshan to install pilings under my front porch. Should have been a very safe and easy job. In order to access the porch, they needed to remove a shrub I had there. During this process, they completely yanked up the sprinkler line and completely severed it. No one on the crew informed me of this happening. When it came time to turn the sprinklers on, water just came pouring out the severed line right back into the foundation. I contacted Olshan to have them come repair the damage.
