Tyler was very knowledgeable and listened well to me. I had a lot of questions because I had foundation work done before and knew about technical things regarding piling, vertical vs horizontal movement and warranties. He told me I had really good questions He answered all my questions in detail. I liked that!
We used Olshan to level our foundation. This crew of men worked professionally together and were very polite to boot. You can tell they’ve worked together many times before. No one was just standing around waiting to be told what to do. They would get done with one task and look up and see that another one needed to be done and walked over and completed it. Explained everything very well so that we could understand what was going to be done.
These young men were so very courteous and went to unbelievable lengths to respect my property. I have a lifetime warranty, purchased over a decade ago. We live on clay and rock in the vicinity of a railway. The constant vibration affects my brick house. Oshan has literally jacked my house up and solved the problem three times now. Monday they reduced this fissure from 3/4 inch to 1/8 inch. Their professionalism is a comfort. This is the before. I haven't taken any after photos, as I'm writing before dawn.
