Jerry was exceptionally professional, friendly, and listened as much as he talked. He never tried to "upsell" me on anything and gave me assurance that what he suggested would take care of my crawlspace concerns. The other 2 quotes I got from competitors were clearly tailored to what they wanted to sell, not what I needed to fix the problems. Hoping the crew who come out to complete the job are as competent as Jerry.
We had the pleasure of having Julian as our crew supervisor. Julian, Brailand, Jose, Epifanio, Julio, and Victor G. Did a great job while they were fixing the foundation on our house. Julian made sure to explain everything that was going on amd very thurough. He took readings multiple times during the project. So glad we had just as good as the first crew that came out.
