Called a week ago and the lady said they would be out last week. Gave some grace and called them the following week on the Tuesday afternoon just seeing how it was looking to make it out (zero AC on an almost brand new furnace/heat pump). Absolutely amazing! Friendly, fast at responding! Fast to connect our water line Installer has no fear of a 10ft hole! Straight trooper! He got it done in record time! Cleaned up after himself etc! Perfect!
Was behind one of their pickups leaving walmart with formal for my new born when the driver of the gray Ford f150 plate starting with hkr was doing 30 in the 45 he turned next to Cenex and felt the need to flip me of for what ever reason, idk who he was or what I did wrong exactly but if it made him feel good good on you bud, but go get your pool set up I guess, probably never use this company again if that how there employees conduct them selfs. Pretty sad honestly.
My husband and I recently had a radiator in our house freeze, we first called Olsen because we had been recommended to them by a friend. However, when we called to get a plumber to come out initially (January 20th) because the radiator had frozen and was spraying water all over the room, we were told that someone would come out if they had time.
