Called to have a leak under my 98 year old mother's kitchen sink.They sent 2 techs were there for a shot time but when they left the sink was still leaking they replaced tailpiece from drain to trap. Second person came out and replaced the basket with drain assembly. I called to have the bill reduced which they took off a little never should of been charged for the second visit. Didn't object to paying for parts but should of been fixed the first time.
I'm a remote landlord renting a condo to an elderly tenant. When the aging furnace went out, I needed help fast. The good news was that Olsen was willing to have a look. It took them over a week but, other HVAC shops wouldn't even schedule me. The bad news was that Olsen didn't fix it after two expensive visits. OK, maybe not their fault. But, they also never followed up with my request for a furnace replacement quote. So I paid them $1200 for essentially no help and had to turn to another vendor to find a solution.
