In preparation for an upcoming appt w/my PCP, Dr. Olsen refused to reciprocate in sharing lab results with her or me without an appt. When I called the office I was only able to speak to the receptionist. In lieu of a conversation, Dr. Olsen elected to Fed-Ex an inflammatory and contemptuous letter bomb, prior to any investigation, and based solely on a second-hand report that misrepresented what was said. I am so grateful for Dr. Olsen! Through six years of working with him, I have experienced a significant improvement in my overall health and well-being and have a better understanding of what my body needs for optimal health. Naturopathic medicine has changed my life. Dr. Olsen is great! I highly reccomend.
