Took a month and a half to get our taxes done. We had to call twice just to see when they’d be done and they kept saying it would be done that week and then they didn’t end be done until almost 2.5 weeks later. They didn’t explain the process so we had to call for clarification multiple times. It was just an overall kinda frustrating experience.
