We had our dream home built in the Fairview Addition last year, and it was a fantastic experience. The design experience was very personal and incorporated our lifestyles. We did not feel overwhelmed with choices and everything was presented in a very transparent and honest manner so we were never surprised about the cost of anything. My wife and I built our home with Olsen Communities in their Monmouth development and it was an incredible experience! After selecting the lot, we got into the exciting phase of designing our floor plan which was totally custom to our family’s needs, we got to work closely with their whole team on all of our finishes and we were given the opportunity to interface directly with their suppliers to choose everything we wanted for the house. We were an active part of the process and they took the time to get to know who we are so that our home would reflect that. They helped us identify what we could accomplish with our budget and they were completely investing in making us happy.
