I cannot say enough great things about this shop! I had gotten a flat and looked this place up after reading great reviews online. This had to have been the best service I've ever received at a shop, Dory took the time to explain tires to me and got me an amazing used set. Better than I've ever gotten anywhere else. Only place I go for tires.. best tire company in New England!
I watched my tire go flat from the guard shack at Rough Point in Newport and had to call roadside assistance to change it. I drove back to Providence at 2 a.m. on the donut, and although I know it's safe, still had me kind of tight in the seat. Next morning I call Sullivan, I call Firestone, both say they maybe can fit me in sometime during the day. Not what I need to hear. I call these people, they say "absolutely, bring it in." Done, and about 1/4 the price I expected. I will go nowhere else in Rhode Island.
