I've been here 2 times for a tooth infection. Both times I had great service. The staff were friendly and took care of me like I was family.
I must say Dr Sweeney is the best dentist Iv ever had. The staff is so reassuring and respectful and so kind. I recently got all four wisdom teeth out and it was the best dental experience I've ever had it took less than a hour for the whole procedure and less than 10min for the extractions! Thank you Olney family dentistry!!
Only reason I’m leaving a 2 is because his hygienist was so sweet and one of his assistants was good. I had a bad experience with the dentist. I was left a big bruise on my jawline and in pain. And the only explanation i got was “could be TMJ or i could’ve hit an artery when giving you an injection.”. No im sorry, no empathy except from the assistant. Editing to add, I’m now having to pay another dentist to fix what was not done right.
