Well it was quite a Valentine Present for Me....I want to Express my Deepest And Heartfelt Appreciation for All of Your Staff in the Emergency Department. I was outstounded by the professionalism,routine,attitudes of the services you gave me. It was Great to see the Teamwork...Wow...You left me Thanking you All for this unusual situation. Right now the entire staff with whom I have contact have been excellent. One of the rare clinics with quick access for appointents and not overlong waits.Good electronic access for records and quick follow up with visit notes. My primary physician, Dr. Gonzalez, treats the whole person with attention to mental and emotional health. Considering the state of care across the country. I feel fortunate and hope for continued success with Olmsted
My wife has been struggling with some mental health concerns/diagnosis for quite some time. Was able to see a PA at Lake City office who said one thing during the office visit, made her do labs before prescribing meds, and turn around to say she didn’t feel comfortable prescribing the medication. I’m afraid our military health insurance was taken advantage of, and the labs that were completed were only done to benefit the clinic and collect money. Horrible. Will also be filing a complaint with our health insurance.
Amazing facility. Warm friendly atmosphere. I think Crystal Boe and Heide are the best but then again so is the whole staff Wonderful!!!
