Worst unloads ever(31yr vet), consecutive days(2 floor loads), both 4pm. Arrived 3:31pm first, told to go wait til 4 and come back!. Then took til 9 pm to unload(5hrs). They pd $83 detention. No bathroom or food. Next day, another 4 pm floor load deliv. This time took til 1115pm.. 7hrs 15 min. So far. O detention pay. When I questioned employee, found out why it took 1.25 hr to load and 7 to get it off., they sort it all on pallets inside trailer instead of doing the right thing and getting it all off and the driver gone, th... read more
Decent customer
Appt 6 am out 7:10 am …. Got here at 5:50 to check in and the ladies in the guard shack say “we’re waiting for our computer to start back up.. go back outside the gate and wait” I go out then I notice them leave right at 6(probably didn’t wanna do any work cause they shut everything down) I go back at 6:03 and the guy in the guard shack checks me in right away! Fast unloading but lazy women up front!
