She consistently goes above and beyond to help me with everything from replacing glasses to choosing new frames and making tiny adjustments until they are perfect. I can’t overstate how positive my experience was at this location thanks to John. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. As a bonus, he has excellent taste, so I could comfortably lean on his opinion as I tried on different frames. What an awesome shopping experience all around - that’s rare these days. Thanks, John!
