Had a pair of sunglasses that needed a replacement screw (not purchased from here). The gentleman helping me out provided the screw and even installed it for me. I offered to pay but he refused to accept any payment for his good deed. Great customer service!
I walked into this store just to get my glasses tightened and aligned, and ended up having a lovely chat with the genuinely friendly ladies running the place. You both made my day!
I bought my favourite glasses here a couple years ago and came in again to get them adjusted and the employees (Sarah and Farzaneh) were so helpful and accommodating! It was such a wonderful experience and my glasses feel brand new now
