I have the same review about the customer service provided by one of the staff that s been mentioned serval times in other people’s reviews. It can’t be more straightforward in a glasses store. You give them your prescription and you pick out a pair you like and they get the paperwork done and send out the order and you make the payment. Throughout the process this person wasn’t friendly at all, as if we are annoying her to come in and purchase our prescription glasses here. Won’t be returning again.

Everyone who works here is so warm and welcoming. I recently took advantage of a promotion and got myself new glasses. The pattern on the frames was a tortoise shell and I was curious if a diffent pair would have a better pattern so the manager offered to order ones for me to see. Helya and Cody were also lovely and helped me adjust my frames twice. They also helped me trouble shoot an issue and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the result. Inclusive store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would totally recommend!
