Amazing service from the staff. Jim was friendly and quick to help me repair my glasses, while also giving me tips on reducing my eye strain.
I found a pair of frames at the Main Street location. I was quoted a price for them and that price was written down on their card with frame details. I came back the following day to buy those glasses and I was told I was quoted the wrong price. The worker took no accountability for the $65 mistake even though the same person helped me both days. Essentially I got a shoulder shrug response. Really disappointed with the customer service experience I had
