My glasses lost the screw so I took them to the Main Street branch today, they were so nice to fix it for me, and it only took about 5 mins. I offered to pay them some money for the repair but they declined. Very happy with their service.

Quite disappointed with the service here when I got my glasses 3 years ago. I needed the arms tightened so I went back within a couple of weeks and asked for them to be adjusted and they stripped the screws on my glasses and gave them back. When I asked if they could replace the screws (because the arms were still loose) they declined and suggested I try a different location.
