Worst experience ever!!!!!! Never got service waited at the table for over 5 minutes. Woman at the bar was freaking out acting stressed. It was not that busy. Maybe being acknowledged would have helped and could have given some understanding but no someone finally came and went to the table that sat AFTER us….STILL NOTHING! Went outside and owner was out there she had just arrived we gave our feedback and although she felt bad she definitely didn’t rush in to see what exactly was going on. When I’m visiting my granddaughters in Luray, Ollie Cat is our favorite place to eat. Shannon makes you feel at home and everyone is so kind, and helpful. Warm friendly atmosphere, play area with games to enjoy while you’re waiting on your meal. Food is always delicious. Best funnel cake ever. We were blessed today, a precious sweet couple paid for our meal and Shannon gave the girls a Florida seashell. Great food, service and amazing experience every time we visit. We will be visiting again soon.
