I went there because I was told that their service and quality was good. Asked for a quote for work on my Pajero. Waiting, waiting, ringing them “yes just need to get a couple of more things for the quote “ . Yeah right gave them the benefit of doubt, 3 weeks of waiting no response. Maybe they make too much money with other customers. Anyway went to a place in Warragul got what I wanted done. I won’t be recommending Olivier panel works.
While five other local shops only felt that a lower bumper needed replacement ($1500-2000), Olivers went above and beyond to identify $4600 of work. This included the upper bar and associated electrics that not even the dealer's service centre had identified as necessary. Certainly a very thorough experience.
As always, another great repair job by Olivier’s. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this team
